Refund policy

We stand behind our products and expect them to perform as intended. Below are our return policies to reference should you ever experience an issue:

  • Products are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Unopened returned products will be replaced or refunded according to customer preference and available inventory. 
  • Opened products with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
  • Opened products with a manufacturers defect are eligible for return.
  • When a refund is warranted, refunds will be for the amount paid for the returned product(s) and applicable sales tax.
  • Please contact us by email or give us a call if you're not sure whether your product is eligible for return according to the written policies. We want to make sure you're happy with your SMASH gear. Maintaining customer relationships far beyond a first purchase is a top priority.
